We are looking forward to seeing you at the virtual conference!

Here's some information to get you started:

• Where's the conference website? All conference registrants were sent their  UNIQUE link to access the virtual conference. Once you access the link, you'll be asked to create a password and will use that link each time you login. We encourage you to bookmark it on your computer's web browser for easy access. 
  
  
• How do I sign up and attend classes?  Pre-registering for individual education sessions is NOT required. However, feel free once you've logged in, to add particular sessions you are interested in to your personal agenda so you receive reminders. Or just show up at the start time of any class and click on "Join Meeting". It's that easy!
  
  
• What if I don't receive an email with my unique conference link?  Please be sure to check your spam, junk and/or clutter folders in your email. If you do not see it, be sure to reach out to our office ASAP. Be sure to include your email and full name. We'll make sure you get everything you need!
  
  
• Where are the handouts?  Handouts for each session will be posted in the "files" tab within each session. They are also posted on our website here.  
  
  
• Where's my copy of the Journal?  We've emailed a copy of the journal to all conference registrants. If you did not receive it, please let us know. 
  
  
• What if I have additional questions?  No worries! Check out our FAQ doc here. We'll also be available via email, phone and through our online help desk during the entire event.
